One thing that helps me get into my creative flow is music. Around the time of this project, I was listening to a lot of lo-fi music while studying motion design. As an experiment I would take the title of a song and combine it with another one from the lo-fi playlist. One of these resulted in The Drippin’ Lights Diner. I’ve always loved retro neon signs, so I decided to use that aesthetic to bring my idea to life.
