This design was inspired by “Ghost of York” by As Tall As Lions. The song is about a ghost wandering the halls of a hotel looking for her long-lost love. Whenever I listened to the song, I would visualize what the music video would look like. I decided to create a poster that would work as a tangible representation of what I envisioned.
